Summerhill Community Hub
New build - Papamoa
Set high in the Papamoa Hills, this thoughtfully crafted community hub is a celebration of local heritage and purposeful design. Built for the Summerhill Charitable Trust, the structure integrates locally milled timber and farm-grown wool, paying tribute to the land it stands on. The building’s sculptural form connects to the original woolshed via a shared deck and central utility block, blending old with new. This project was an opportunity to bring an architectural vision to life combining our passion for craftsmanship, sustainability, and a deep respect for place.
